Clarbeston Road AFC  Annual General Meeting

Wednesday 15th July 2026

Our 2026 Annual General Meeting will be held at 6.30pm on Wednesday 15th July 2026 at our Club Meeting Room at Knock Field, Clarbeston Road, SA63 4SL.  Any members wishing to attend are asked to reserve a place by contacting Steve Stretch (Secretary) on steve.stretch@yahoo.uk by Monday 13th July.

At the AGM the following trustees are due to stand down on rotation and have expressed the wish to stand for re-election:

Ian Eynon
Gemma Constable

The following trustees have given notice of their resignation and do not wish to stand for re-election:

Steve Stretch

Emma O'Sullivan

A further trustee has served notice of retirement and will retire as soon as a replacement Treasurer can be found:

Jenny Lewis

Taking account of the above there are 6 current trustee vacancies with a further vacancy to follow. Any nominations for election to these vacancies should be notified to Steve Stretch (Secretary) on steve.stretch@yahoo.co.uk by Monday 14th July. We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with administrative and/or financial experience.
